Our client in Simcoe already had all the pieces purchased for their Basement Bathroom update - awaiting an install.

Our Cedar Lane Construction Team just had to:

- Remove existing drywall and bulkheads

- Reroute HVAC and old plumbing pipes to be in the wall

- Chip out the concrete floor to accommodate plumbing for a shower

- Frame and Drywall Side Walls & Ceiling

- Fill & Level Floor

- Install Shower Surround

- Install Floor Tiles over in floor heating

- Install Trim & Casing Details

- Install Sink & Bathroom hardware

- Paint
